An alternate universe Ami (because popular character's have multiverses, it's a law!) where she's a chonker/BBW and gets bigger and bigger as she eats and eats and eats!

Hello folks,

After careful consideration, some characters I’ve made in the past are going to be retired from future renders. The reason being is that I cannot think of any renders to do with them, even in group scenes. Some of them are really old and were made for comics that never took off.

The characters that are being removed are as follows…

Sophia

Originally part of the gang along with Mia and Charlotte, Sophia was more or less a background character and, frankly, not one of my personal favourites.

Fiora

What started off as another one of my failed comic attempts, Fiora will also be retired. Again not really one of my personal favourites.

Zoe

Another one from a failed comic series. Zoe does have some fans but I really can’t see myself doing anything with her for the future.

The above characters also use the older model format and new items have not been available for them for several years now. It’s sad but alas, times change.

The following characters will be re-designed and are currently on hiatus:

Mia

I could not retire Mia! She’s quite popular, however I’m not a fan of her overall look as of late. Therefore, I’ll eventually re-do her in the upgraded model format. It’ll still be the same Mia but will look less anime (but will still have an anime look to her) and not as skinny!

Charlotte

Charlotte’s overall design is great, but again her current model format is old and needs updating. Unlike Ami, Charlotte is proving difficult to update so, as with Mia, I’ll have to re-do her from scratch.

Overall this will cut down on the number of characters I manage. I know folks out there who have like 30+ OC’s and I do envy them and how they can make them all work! Alas, I’m not galaxy brained enough.

This will be sad news to some, especially the long timers and I sincerely apologise for this news. I hope y’all understand.

Greetings everyone! Just posting a quick Journal to let y'all know what's been happening.

Without causing any worry in folk, I had a bit of a mental breakdown and needed to just step aside. Much so in fact that I actually went on holiday for about a week or so just to refresh.

I know I should have said something prior but alas, I wasn't thinking straight.

HOWEVER! I'm now refreshed and hopefully back at full belly capacity! Kinda!

Still got a bit of an art block but that'll pass soon I'm sure.

I'm also considering enabling subscriptions here on dA as Patreon doesn't seem to be working out well. If anyone can think of any perks for dA subscriptions, let's hear them.

For those of you who offer subscriptions and "early access", how exactly do you do those? Do you put them behind the sub and then move the image to your main gallery once the early access is over? 🤔

ANYWAYS, ideas for subscriptions very welcome. I kind of don't want to paywall anything major/exclusive since I know some of you have been around since day 1 and I feel that paywalling stuff could cause a bit of negativity.

I don't know. 🙁

Ahh, I won't let that get me down! As I say, if you've any suggestions, let's here 'em. For now, there's a brand new Ami picture on the way so stay tuned.

I'm currently debating on whether to open Commissions outside of Patreon for those of you who'd like a one time purchase rather than a monthly subscription.

I was going to use Gumroad for this but it seems you can't sell products there UNLESS you actually have a product to sell. Since this would be custom art, this is not possible.

I was looking at various sites but a few people have mentioned to me "just use PayPal Invoices."

Going forward, this will probably be the solution. Will wait for feed back from you fine people on the pricing below.
